Courtenay is a graduate of Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy. Her desire to help people, paired with a deep curiosity about the mind-body connection is what lead her to massage therapy, and she has been working full-time as an RMT since September of 2019. She is trained in several aspects of massage therapy that include traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue, fascial integration, hot stone, and prenatal massage. Courtenay enjoys collaborating with her clients to create treatment plans that address their specific therapeutic needs, while also leaving them feeling relaxed and restored.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, music and hanging out with her husband and two kids.
