Emily Rivers is a student of life and natural healing. Pursuing a career in massage therapy was a natural fit for her after completing Yoga teacher training. (Massage Therapy College of Manitoba, 2015). Emily focuses on listening to clients’ needs and preferences, as well as listening to the inherent wisdom of the body, seeking the precise use of pressure, movement, and allowing for soft tissue release. Trained in hot stone, hydrotherapy, Thai Yoga massage, remedial exercise, and other energy and embodiment techniques, Emily feels confident in her ability to provide the best service possible for her clients. When not working Emily enjoys spending time being with her 3 awesome children, trying new recipes and dancing in the kitchen, as well as hiking, kayaking, or swinging a kettlebell.
