Refer an RMT & Get Rewarded! 

Starting May 2025

We’re looking for amazing RMTs to join our team, and we’d love your help! If you refer a therapist who joins our team, YOU will receive a hiring incentive as a thank-you.

Referral Incentive Details (For You!):

$500 Cash Bonus – Paid out after they complete 3 months.

Bonus Perk! – If your referral picks up a hard-to-fill shift (weekends, or floater* for a 3-month period minimum

(*see Terms& Conditions below), you’ll get $100 added to your Continuing Education Grant from DRMT, increasing it to $500 ($400 becomes $500) for any course that helps you grow in your career!

Practicum Student Referrals:

$250 Bonus – If you refer a practicum student who completes their practicum with us and receives an offer to stay on after graduation (bonus paid out after individual completes 3 months at DRMT).

How It Works:

    • You refer an RMT to join our team.
    • They get hired and complete three months with us.
    • YOU receive the incentive $500 Cash Bonus paid out after the new hire reaches their 3-month anniversary date.
    • If they take on a “hard-to-fill shift”, you receive $100 towards your Continuing Education Grant with DRMT (this is not eligible for cash payout – only valid on course reimbursement for valid massage industry related courses approved by Renee Hartmann). 

Terms & Conditions:

⚠️ The $500 cash bonus is paid out only for hired fully graduated RMTs.

⚠️ What is a “Hard-to-Fill” Shift? – this can vary depending on current staffing needs and what we’re looking to hire for at any given time. We’ll keep you updated on which shifts qualify, so you can take advantage when they become available!

⚠️ Practicum student referrals receive $250 only if they complete their practicum and accept a job offer post-graduation (bonus paid out when individual completes 3 months of contracted massage treatments).

⚠️ The new hire must work complete the minimum number of hours/shifts per week (to be discussed with Renee at time of hire, based on what we are hiring for in the moment).

⚠️ Referral incentives are paid out only after the new hire completes 3 full months with us.

⚠️ Only one referring therapist per new hire (first-come, first-rewarded).

⚠️ Continuing Education Grant additions must be used for approved massage therapy-related courses.
