Insurance & Gift Certificate Use
When insurance benefits are applied, the gift certificate will cover any portion of the service not reimbursed by the insurance provider. Any remaining balance will be retained on the gift certificate for future use. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. The full value of a massage service may only be applied toward insurance-eligible services when the client submits the claim manually.
